多工位系统的运作逻辑可概括为“分散收集、集中处理”。前端根据工位特点灵活配置弹性平衡式吸气臂或吸气罩——吸气臂设计有多级万向关节，可360度自由旋转定位，随焊接点变化即时调整角度，确保在不妨碍操作的前提下非常靠近发烟点。

The operational logic of a multi workstation system can be summarized as "decentralized collection and centralized processing". The front-end can flexibly configure an elastic balanced suction arm or suction hood according to the characteristics of the workstation - the suction arm is designed with multi-stage universal joints, which can rotate 360 degrees freely for positioning, and adjust the angle in real time with changes in the welding point to ensure that it is closest to the smoke point without hindering operation.

捕集后的烟尘经主管路汇入中央滤筒除尘器。相较于传统布袋除尘器，褶皱式滤筒具有体积小、过滤面积大、除尘效率高、压力损失低等显著优点。净化流程为：大颗粒粉尘在重力作用下直接沉降至灰斗，细微粉尘被滤筒拦截在表面；洁净空气穿过滤筒经烟囱达标排放。

The captured smoke and dust flow into the central filter cartridge dust collector through the main pipeline. Compared to traditional bag filters, pleated filter cartridges have significant advantages such as small volume, large filtration area, high dust removal efficiency, and low pressure loss. The purification process is as follows: large particles of dust settle directly into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, while fine dust is intercepted on the surface by the filter cartridge; Clean air passes through the filter cartridge and is discharged through the chimney to meet the standard.

系统搭载脉冲自动清灰功能：脉冲控制仪按设定周期控制电磁阀，从滤筒内部向外喷射高压气体抖落积尘，沉流式设计保证反吹颗粒落入集灰桶集中清理，无需人工频繁干预。整个系统可灵活组合扩展风量，车间占地小、管线整洁美观，是焊接量大的现代化车间标配。

The system is equipped with a pulse automatic dust cleaning function: the pulse controller controls the solenoid valve according to the set cycle, and sprays high-pressure gas from the inside of the filter cartridge to shake off the accumulated dust. The sinking flow design ensures that the back blown particles fall into the dust collection bucket for centralized cleaning, without frequent manual intervention. The entire system can flexibly combine and expand air volume, with a small workshop footprint and clean and beautiful pipelines, making it a standard configuration for modern workshops with large welding volumes.
