RTO废气焚烧炉烟气余热利用系统要点在哪?

由于系统涉及多个用能区域,一方面,各区域设备具有相对独立的自动化要求;另一方面,由于生产用能又相互联系,同时余热设备具有热水加热an全保护特性,因此各区域电控柜之间的连锁关系比较复杂,但完善的自动控制,是an全生产的宝障。

Due to the involvement of multiple energy consuming areas in the system, on the one hand, the equipment in each area has relatively independent automation requirements; On the other hand, due to the interconnected energy consumption in production and the full protection feature of hot water heating in waste heat equipment, the interlocking relationship between the electrical control cabinets in each area is relatively complex. However, a complete automatic control is a treasure trove for the entire production process.

系统控制要注意如下要点:

The system control should pay attention to the following points:

1、基本状态。RTO原始状态,烟气管气动阀位置:烟气不经余热换热器;水路原始状态,三通调节阀位置:水经过余热换热器。水路系统,调试时水路阀门初始设定水流量原则:排除烟温过低报警(水量过大)和水温过高报警(水量过小)的状况,选取相对合适的水量。

1. Basic state. RTO original state, position of pneumatic valve in flue gas pipe: flue gas does not pass through waste heat exchanger; The original state of the waterway, the position of the three-way regulating valve: the water passes through the waste heat exchanger. When debugging the waterway system, the initial set water flow principle of the waterway valve is to eliminate the situations of low smoke temperature alarm (excessive water volume) and high water temperature alarm (insufficient water volume), and select a relatively appropriate water volume.

2、开机、关机信号。RTO接到锅炉房水泵开动信号,流量开关(进水管路)有水流信号,烟气管路气动阀切换,烟气经过余热换热器。RTO接到锅炉房水泵停止信号(水泵待机),烟气管路气动阀切换,烟气不经过余热换热器;锅炉房接到烟气气动阀切换到位信号后,30min后,水泵停机。

2. Power on/off signal. RTO receives the signal to start the water pump in the boiler room, the flow switch (inlet pipeline) has a water flow signal, the pneumatic valve in the flue gas pipeline switches, and the flue gas passes through the waste heat exchanger. RTO receives a stop signal from the boiler room water pump (water pump standby), the pneumatic valve of the flue gas pipeline switches, and the flue gas does not pass through the waste heat exchanger; After receiving the signal to switch the flue gas pneumatic valve in place in the boiler room, the water pump stopped 30 minutes later.

3、烟温过低(<120℃)报警信号。出余热换热器后,排烟管路上设一个温度探头。当烟温低于120℃时,给锅炉房提供低温报警信号,调节水路三通调节阀,减小经过余热换热器的水量。

3. Alarm signal for low smoke temperature (<120 ℃). After the waste heat exchanger is removed, a temperature probe is installed on the exhaust pipe. When the smoke temperature is below 120 ℃, provide a low temperature alarm signal to the boiler room, adjust the three-way regulating valve of the water circuit, and reduce the amount of water passing through the waste heat exchanger.

4、设备故障信号。故障信号主要包括:水泵故障、烟气管路气动阀故障、水路三通调节阀故障等,还有一些其他故障。车间压缩空气停止,余热回收系统的换热阀及旁通阀均会关闭,此时会影响RTO系统的运行,需要确认RTO系统的状态。

4. Equipment malfunction signal. The fault signals mainly include: water pump fault, pneumatic valve fault in the flue gas pipeline, water three-way regulating valve fault, and some other faults. The compressed air in the workshop will stop, and the heat exchange valve and bypass valve of the waste heat recovery system will be closed, which will affect the operation of the RTO system. It is necessary to confirm the status of the RTO system.

柜内总线掉站、PLC当机及柜母线跳闸时,可能会导致RTO余热回收阀门状态信号瞬时丢失,影响RTO系统运行,此时需要人员到RTO系统进行状态确认。

When the bus in the cabinet drops, the PLC crashes, or the cabinet bus trips, it may cause the instantaneous loss of the status signal of the RTO waste heat recovery valve, affecting the operation of the RTO system. At this time, personnel need to go to the RTO system to confirm the status.

5、水温过高(>95℃)报警信号。出余热换热器后,水管上设一个温度探头。当水温高于95℃时,给RTO提供水温高温报警信号,RTO烟气管路气动阀切换,烟气不再经过余热换热器。

5. Alarm signal for high water temperature (>95 ℃). After the waste heat exchanger is removed, a temperature probe is installed on the water pipe. When the water temperature exceeds 95 ℃, provide a high temperature alarm signal to the RTO, switch the pneumatic valve of the RTO flue gas pipeline, and the flue gas no longer passes through the waste heat exchanger.

6、烟气管路自动阀切换要求。自动风阀切换,要求按序执行。为避免自动风阀的故障,引起烘房熄火,在切换自动风阀时,需要求打开的风阀打开后,才可关闭需关闭的风阀。

6. Requirements for automatic valve switching in flue gas pipelines. Automatic air valve switching requires sequential execution. To avoid the malfunction of the automatic air valve, which may cause the drying room to stall, when switching the automatic air valve, it is necessary to open the air valve that needs to be opened before closing the air valve that needs to be closed.
