  其核心原理是利用压缩空气驱动磨料高速喷射,对工件表面产生冲击与切削作用。压缩空气系统将空气压缩至 0.4-0.8MPa,输送至喷砂枪,储砂罐内的磨料进入喷砂枪与高速气流混合,形成 50-100 米 / 秒的高速喷射束,剥离工件表面杂质,形成均匀粗糙面。不同磨料适用不同场景:钢丸适合去厚锈或强化表面,石英砂适用于精密工件清理,玻璃珠可处理铝合金等易损材料。

  The core principle is to use compressed air to drive high-speed abrasive spraying, which produces impact and cutting effects on the surface of the workpiece. The compressed air system compresses the air to 0.4-0.8 MPa and delivers it to the sandblasting gun. The abrasive in the sand storage tank enters the sandblasting gun and mixes with the high-speed airflow to form a high-speed jet beam of 50-100 meters per second, which peels off impurities on the surface of the workpiece and forms a uniform rough surface. The dust recovery system starts synchronously during homework, and the negative pressure suction device sucks the dust into the filtration system. After purification, the air is circulated or discharged in compliance with standards to avoid pollution.

  Surface strengthening and modification can improve the service life of workpieces.
