In the digital painting line, the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is deeply integrated with digital twin technology to build a closed-loop system of "perception decision execution". Through IoT sensors, the system can real-time collect hundreds of parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and VOCs emissions in the spraying workshop, and link them with the exhaust gas treatment system to achieve dynamic optimization of energy consumption. What is even more remarkable is its powerful flexible production capability: with the help of RFID electronic tags and intelligent recognition systems, the coating line can instantly recognize workpiece information and switch the spraying program of different products with just one click.
