From single piece to small batch workpieces, with the cooperation of hanging conveyors or ground conveyors, a continuous and rhythmic production rhythm can be achieved.

The core advantage of industrial painting assembly lines lies in their ultimate pursuit of "uniformity" and "consistency". In the past, uneven paint film thickness and varying coating quality were common pain points in manual spraying. Modern assembly lines are equipped with spraying robots or electrostatic rotary cup spraying technology, combined with a constant temperature and humidity air supply system and a hot air circulation oven (the temperature difference inside the oven can be controlled within ± 3 ℃), ensuring stable and compliant coating quality for each batch of products.
在自动化控制层面,可编程控制器(PLC)实现对全工序的自动控制、数据采集与报警监控;悬挂输送链可承载500-600kg工件自动运行,道岔根据指令自动开合。同时,针对环保合规要求,当前流水线普遍集成水性漆循环系统与VOCs废气处理装置,支持低VOCs排放的水性漆固化与粉末涂料回收,从源头满足绿色生产标准。
At the level of automation control, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) achieve automatic control, data acquisition, and alarm monitoring of the entire process; The suspended conveyor chain can carry 500-600kg of workpieces for automatic operation, and the switch opens and closes automatically according to instructions. At the same time, in response to environmental compliance requirements, current assembly lines generally integrate water-based paint circulation systems and VOCs exhaust gas treatment devices, supporting low VOC emission water-based paint curing and powder coating recycling, meeting green production standards from the source.
