GMC高温布袋除尘器长期处理高温含尘烟气,烟气中常裹挟大量细微可燃粉尘,静电导出装置是防范静电积聚放电、避免粉尘燃爆隐患的核心稳定屏障,该机型长期处于高温运行环境,普通静电导出结构易出现性能衰减、连接失效的问题,若安装调试环节存在疏漏,静电持续积聚形成隐蔽点火源,会直接引发严重的稳定事故,结合高温布袋除尘器的专属运行特性,严格执行静电导出装置的安装调试稳定要求,是确定设备全生命周期本质稳定的核心环节。

The GMC high-temperature bag filter is used for long-term processing of high-temperature dusty flue gas, which often carries a large amount of fine combustible dust. The electrostatic discharge device is the core stable barrier to prevent static electricity accumulation and discharge, and to avoid dust explosion hazards. This model operates in a high-temperature environment for a long time, and ordinary electrostatic discharge structures are prone to performance degradation and connection failure. If there are omissions in the installation and commissioning process, static electricity will continue to accumulate and form hidden ignition sources, which will directly cause serious stability accidents. Combining the exclusive operating characteristics of high-temperature bag filters, strictly implementing the installation, commissioning and stability requirements of electrostatic discharge devices is the core link to determine the essential stability of the equipment throughout its life cycle.

安装前部件稳定核验

Stability verification of components before installation

正式开展安装作业前,需要对所有静电导出相关部件开展全维度稳定核验,杜不能合格部件进入安装环节。逐一检查所有金属连接部件,包括接地导线、连接端子、导电连接件的材质属性,确认部件的高温、不易腐蚀性能适配除尘器的高温运行环境,不会在长期高温烟气冲刷下快氧化锈蚀,导致导电性能快衰减失效。检查所有部件的表面状态,无明显的氧化层、绝缘涂层覆盖,部件本体无裂纹、变形、截面缺损等缺陷,导电通路上不存在先天的高阻抗薄弱点。

Before officially starting the installation operation, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive stability verification of all static electricity export related components to prevent unqualified components from entering the installation process. Inspect all metal connection components one by one, including the material properties of grounding wires, connection terminals, and conductive connectors, to confirm that the high-temperature and non corrosive properties of the components are suitable for the high-temperature operating environment of the dust collector, and will not rapidly oxidize and rust under long-term high-temperature flue gas erosion, resulting in rapid deterioration and failure of conductivity. Check the surface condition of all components, there is no obvious oxide layer or insulation coating coverage, the component body has no defects such as cracks, deformation, or cross-sectional defects, and there are no inherent high impedance weak points on the conductive path.

核验滤袋的不怕静电性能,确认高温滤料内部的导电纤维分布均匀,无局部导电纤维断裂缺失的区域,滤袋任意位置的导电性能都处于稳定区间,不会出现局部静电隔离的“孤岛”现象。核验滤袋配套的金属袋笼,确认袋笼整体导电连续性完好,所有焊接节点无虚焊、脱焊情况,袋笼表面无绝缘喷涂层,不会阻断滤袋与花板之间的静电导出路径。核验整机的接地主干网,确认主干网的接地性能稳定,无局部断点、严重锈蚀的情况,主干网全部避开强电磁干扰区域,不会出现静电导出受阻的问题。所有部件核验合格后分类存放,避免部件表面沾染绝缘油污、涂层,破坏原有导电性能。

Verify the anti-static performance of the filter bag, confirm that the conductive fibers inside the high-temperature filter material are evenly distributed, and there are no areas where local conductive fibers are broken or missing. The conductivity of the filter bag at any position is in a stable range, and there will be no "island" phenomenon of local electrostatic isolation. Verify the metal bag cage matched with the filter bag, confirm that the overall conductivity continuity of the bag cage is intact, all welding nodes are free of virtual welding or detachment, and there is no insulation spray coating on the surface of the bag cage, which will not block the static electricity export path between the filter bag and the flower board. Verify the grounding backbone network of the entire machine, confirm that the grounding performance of the backbone network is stable, without local breakpoints or severe corrosion, and that the backbone network avoids areas with strong electromagnetic interference, and there is no problem of static electricity export obstruction. All components shall be classified and stored after passing the verification to avoid contamination of insulation oil stains and coatings on the surface of the components, which may damage the original conductivity.

安装过程稳定管控

Stable control during installation process

安装作业全程严格遵循防止静电稳定规范,所有作业人员佩戴防止静电手环,避免人体携带的静电意外放电,同时作业区域内严禁动用明火,严禁进行任意可能产生火花的敲击作业,防止安装过程中残留的细微粉尘被意外点燃。从基础的部件开始逐层安装,起先将袋笼平稳装入滤袋内部,确认袋笼与滤袋内壁全部贴合,无局部悬空错位的情况,确定滤袋表面产生的静电可以顺畅传递到袋笼上。

The entire installation process strictly follows the regulations for preventing static electricity stability. All operators wear anti-static wristbands to avoid accidental discharge of static electricity carried by the human body. At the same time, open flames are strictly prohibited in the work area, and any striking operations that may generate sparks are strictly prohibited to prevent the accidental ignition of residual fine dust during the installation process. Starting from the basic components, install them layer by layer. At first, smoothly insert the bag cage into the inside of the filter bag, confirm that the bag cage is fully attached to the inner wall of the filter bag, and there is no local suspension or misalignment. Confirm that the static electricity generated on the surface of the filter bag can be smoothly transmitted to the bag cage.

将装好滤袋的袋笼准确固定在花板上,确认袋笼的顶部接触端面与花板金属表面紧密贴合,接触位置无绝缘垫片、粉尘杂物遮挡,用细砂纸轻轻打磨接触点位的局部氧化层,确定两者之间的导电连续性全部导通,不会出现接触不良的高阻抗断点。依次安装除尘器的所有金属壳体段,每拼接一段壳体,就同步在拼接法兰位置加装跨接导电连接件,打磨掉法兰面的防锈漆层,确定各段壳体之间的静电导出链路全部连通,不会出现法兰之间因密封垫片绝缘形成静电隔离段。

Accurately fix the bag cage with the filter bag on the flower board, confirm that the top contact end face of the bag cage is tightly attached to the metal surface of the flower board, and that there are no insulation gaskets or dust debris blocking the contact position. Gently polish the local oxide layer at the contact point with fine sandpaper to ensure that the conductivity continuity between the two is fully conductive and there will be no high impedance breakpoints with poor contact. Install all metal shell segments of the dust collector in sequence. For each segment of the shell, install a jumper conductive connector at the joint flange position, polish off the anti rust paint layer on the flange surface, and ensure that all static electricity export links between the segments of the shell are connected. There will be no static electricity isolation segments between the flanges due to sealing gasket insulation.

从除尘器壳体的各个关键点位引出静电接地支线,包括灰斗、中箱体、净气室、进出入口风管等所有立金属部件,各根支线都采用柔性经得起高温导电材质,走线避开高温烟气直接冲刷的区域,避免支线长期受高温烘烤出现绝缘层破损、芯线氧化的问题。所有支线后期汇聚连接到车间主接地干线上,连接端子采用防松锁止结构,端子表面涂抹导电防化学反应油脂,防止长期高温环境下端子氧化松动,出现导电链路断开的隐患。安装全程做好各个连接点位的标记,记录所有关键连接节点的位置,为后续调试核验做好溯源准备。

Static grounding branch lines are led out from various key points of the dust collector housing, including the ash hopper, middle box body, clean air chamber, inlet and outlet air ducts, and all vertical metal components. Each branch line is made of flexible conductive materials that can withstand high temperatures, and the routing avoids areas directly washed away by high temperature flue gas, avoiding insulation layer damage and core wire oxidation caused by long-term high temperature baking of the branch line. All branch lines will converge and connect to the main grounding line in the workshop in the later stage. The connection terminals adopt anti loosening locking structure, and the surface of the terminals is coated with conductive anti chemical reaction grease to prevent oxidation and loosening of the terminals under long-term high temperature environment, which may lead to the risk of disconnection of the conductive link. Mark all connection points throughout the installation process, record the positions of all key connection nodes, and prepare for traceability for subsequent debugging and verification.
