It combines a central dust collection unit with a distributed pipeline network to achieve efficient capture and purification of smoke, particulate matter, and harmful gases generated during multi station welding operations. The working principle of the multi station welding smoke dust removal system is based on negative pressure adsorption and filtration separation technology. The system consists of a filtering unit (dust collector), a high air volume suction fan, an exhaust duct, an electronic control system, and related accessories. After the system is started, the fan generates negative pressure, and the smoke and dust generated by welding are sucked into the main pipeline through the suction arms or hoods installed at each workstation. According to the different welding forms of fixed points (points, lines, surfaces, etc.), the front end can be collected using suction arms, suction hoods, and room bodies. After the dusty gas enters the dust collector box through the main pipeline, the smoke and dust are efficiently purified by the filter material - more than 70% of the welding smoke and dust are sub micron level dust. The filter cartridge dust collector is equipped with PTFE coated filter material, and the capture efficiency of dust above 0.3 μ m can reach over 99.9%. The pulse valve controls the automatic dust cleaning function of the filter material, and periodically blows back the filter material from the inside out to clean the dust. The sinking flow design ensures that particles during the back blowing process fall into the dust collection bucket for centralized collection. The purified standard gas is discharged through the chimney.
