With the increasingly strict environmental policies, the control of industrial volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions has become a severe challenge faced by many enterprises. The core operating logic of RTO revolves around the cycle of "heat storage oxidation heat recovery". Its working process is like a precision "heat engine": firstly, organic waste gas containing VOCs is introduced into the heat storage chamber, and after preheating by the internal honeycomb ceramic heat storage body, the temperature quickly rises to the temperature close to the oxidation reaction. Subsequently, the preheated exhaust gas enters the oxidation chamber and is completely oxidized and decomposed into harmless carbon dioxide and water in a high-temperature environment of 760 ℃ to 850 ℃, releasing a large amount of heat energy.

这些高温净化气体流经另一个蓄热室，将热量传递给冷蓄热体后降温排出。通过阀门系统的周期性自动切换，蓄热室交替进行吸热与放热，使得热回收效率高达95%以上。这种对氧化热能的极致循环利用，大幅降低了辅助燃料的消耗，使其在涂装、制药、化工等行业中展现出卓越的经济与环保价值。

These high-temperature purified gases flow through another heat storage chamber, transferring heat to the cold storage body and cooling it down before being discharged. Through the periodic automatic switching of the valve system, the heat storage chamber alternately absorbs and releases heat, resulting in a heat recovery efficiency of over 95%. This ultimate recycling of oxidative heat significantly reduces the consumption of auxiliary fuels, demonstrating outstanding economic and environmental value in industries such as painting, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
