Firstly, there is the pre-treatment section, which is the basis for determining the adhesion of the coating. It mainly involves degreasing, acid washing, phosphating, or multi-stage water washing to thoroughly remove oil stains and oxide scales on the surface of the workpiece; Next is the painting section, which uses liquid spraying (robot automatic spraying+manual touch up spraying) or powder electrostatic spraying according to process requirements to ensure uniform coating coverage; Next is the solidification and drying section, where the workpiece enters the drying furnace or powder solidification furnace, where the paint film is cross-linked and cooled at high temperatures; Finally, there is the loading and unloading process, which completes the offline circulation of finished products.
