创杰工厂的机器人自动喷粉线是国内目前较为先进的涂装喷涂生产线。这是一套采用大旋风+滤筒两级回收的喷粉系统,可实现快速换粉。产品外表面涂层采用了松下空调室外机钣金同等规格、品质要求的静电粉末,喷涂后盐雾试验可达500h以上。
The robot automatic powder spraying line of Chuangjie Factory is currently one of the more advanced coating and spraying production lines in China. This is a powder spraying system that uses a two-stage recovery system consisting of a large cyclone and a filter cartridge, which can achieve rapid powder replacement. 一、整体方案说明

喷房的设计原理基于喷房的技术要求:使用高效的空气回收系统保证喷房周围干净整洁,并且避免粉末/空气混合物的爆炸。用旋风分离器和后过滤器将空气从喷房内抽走。由此产生的空气气流从喷房外边流到喷房内部,既可避免粉末外溢,同时保证喷房周围干净整洁。保证回收空气连续不断,又可避免危险的粉末/空气混合物飘流到生产车间中去。

五、工作原理
5、 Working principle
喷枪喷出的粉末,没有上到工件的部分被抽风机产生的气流带到大旋风分离器中,在旋风分离器中,较大的粉末颗粒被分离出来,落入到大旋风收集桶中。
The powder sprayed by the spray gun, which did not reach the workpiece, is carried by the airflow generated by the exhaust fan to the large cyclone separator. In the cyclone separator, larger powder particles are separated and fall into the large cyclone collection bucket.
如果配有自动粉筛,那么大旋风收集桶中的粉末在挤压阀的作用下,被抽吸到振动筛,经粉筛过滤后回收到供粉桶中循环使用。如果没有配自动粉筛,粉末贮存在大旋风收集桶中,需要及时人工回收,不可超过大旋风收集桶中容积的 2/3,否则粉末将会被抽吸到过滤器而浪费掉。
If equipped with an automatic powder sieve, the powder in the large cyclone collection bucket is sucked into the vibrating screen under the action of the extrusion valve, filtered by the powder sieve, and recycled to the powder supply bucket for reuse. If there is no automatic powder sieve, the powder is stored in the large cyclone collection bucket and needs to be manually recycled in a timely manner. It should not exceed 2/3 of the volume in the large cyclone collection bucket, otherwise the powder will be sucked into the filter and wasted.
大旋风中未被分离出来的微粉被吸入到后过滤器中,后过滤器中的滤芯将微粉挡在外面,而将过滤后的洁净空气排到生产车间内。滤芯将在一定的时间间隔内自动由旋转翼内喷出的压缩空气进行清洁,将微粉吹落到微粉收集桶中。其中底板清洁装置属于选配项,它可以将落在喷房底部的粉末吹起,经过抽风管道送到大旋风中进行分离,以保证喷房底部粉末的及时回收。

The filter element will be automatically cleaned by the compressed air sprayed from the rotating wing within a certain time interval, blowing the micro powder into the micro powder collection bucket. The bottom plate cleaning device is an optional item, which can blow up the powder that falls at the bottom of the spray booth and send it to the large cyclone for separation through the exhaust duct to ensure timely recovery of the powder at the bottom of the spray booth.
六、使用维护

1、 喷房:

e. 喷涂间隙或是换色清理时,可以使用手动吹扫枪将残留在喷房壁和抽吸帽内的过喷粉末清理到中央回收管道内;

f. 防火安全:为遵从地方安全标准,建议配备CO2灭火设备(业主方自备);

2、大旋风分离器

旋风分离器的工作原理是根据气旋运动迫使较大的粉末颗粒作下旋运动,最终落入回收粉桶中。
The working principle of a cyclone separator is to force larger powder particles to undergo downward rotation based on the motion of the cyclone, and ultimately fall into the recycling powder bin.
清洗/换色:卸下回收粉桶,倒空并且清理干净。要卸下回收粉桶只需松开夹紧装置旋风分离器;要装上回收粉桶时,先将粉桶推入旋风分离器下,当完全到位时,上紧夹紧装置。卸下回收粉桶的同时,采用压缩空气气枪沿着大旋风内壁及回收粉桶及接口处清扫浮粉,清扫完毕用干净的抹布抹干净。
Cleaning/Color Change: Remove the recycling powder bin, empty it and clean it thoroughly. To remove the recycling powder bin, simply loosen the clamping device of the cyclone separator; When installing the recycling powder bucket, first push the powder bucket into the cyclone separator, and when it is fully in place, tighten the clamping device. While unloading the recycling powder bucket, use a compressed air gun to clean the floating powder along the inner wall of the large cyclone and the recycling powder bucket and interface. After cleaning, use a clean cloth to wipe it clean.
维修保养:旋风分离器基本上不需要维修,只需定期检查以下部件:回收挤压阀阀芯完好;回收粉桶的密封良好。

3、后过滤器

本粉尘过滤器中采用¢325*900mm的滤芯,同时为此滤芯还特别设计了转翼式滤芯清理装置,该系统能有效地清理滤芯。
This dust filter uses a ¢ 325 * 900mm filter element, and a specially designed rotating wing filter element cleaning device is also used for this filter element, which can effectively clean the filter element.
在系统连续运行中,转翼式滤芯清理装置能够自动工作以对滤芯进行逐组清理。因此在清理时,不仅不需关闭风机,更不需拆下滤芯,从而不会影响整个系统的正常运作。
During continuous operation of the system, the rotary wing filter cleaning device can automatically work to clean the filter element group by group. Therefore, during cleaning, there is no need to turn off the fan or remove the filter element, so as not to affect the normal operation of the entire system.
在清理开始时, 可编程控制器(PLC)会发出信号导通一组滤芯的脉冲阀,此时一定量的压缩空气便会由气缸喷至转翼装置中。上述压缩空气会迫使升降挡板下降,关闭本组滤芯的抽风信道,使得抽风气流不从该组滤芯中经过。而后,压缩空气便进入转翼中,从转翼外侧的喷气嘴中喷出,该气流将穿过过滤层,吹去吸附在滤芯外表面的粉末。同时,由于喷气嘴与转翼所处于的平面呈一定的角度,因而在清理过程中翼还会自行快速旋转,从而清理滤芯的整个外表面。上述粉末由于重力的作用将落入收集料斗中。
At the beginning of the cleaning process, the programmable logic controller (PLC) will send a signal to activate the pulse valve of a set of filter elements, and a certain amount of compressed air will be sprayed from the cylinder into the rotary wing device. The compressed air mentioned above will force the lifting baffle to descend, closing the exhaust channel of this group of filter elements, so that the exhaust airflow does not pass through this group of filter elements. Then, the compressed air enters the rotor and is sprayed out from the jet nozzle on the outside of the rotor. This airflow will pass through the filter layer and blow away the powder adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter element. Meanwhile, due to the angle between the jet nozzle and the rotating wing, the wing will also rapidly rotate on its own during the cleaning process, thus cleaning the entire outer surface of the filter element. The above powder will fall into the collection hopper due to the effect of gravity.
喷气嘴在转翼上呈均匀排列,能够有效地清除滤芯两端积聚的粉末。在清理结束时, 清理压缩空气被关闭,在系统抽风的作用下,升降挡板上升,滤芯进入正常工作状态。操作和维护过滤器的滤芯的工作情况根据现场实际的生产情况确认,滤芯常规更换周期4-6个月。生产结束后,回收风机系统延迟10min关闭,使得压缩空气把滤筒表面粉末反吹下来,防止粉末长时间附在滤芯表面由于环境湿度等影响出现结块现象,影响滤芯的使用寿命。
The jet nozzle is evenly arranged on the rotating wing, which can effectively remove the powder accumulated at both ends of the filter element. At the end of the cleaning process, the compressed air is turned off, and under the action of system ventilation, the lifting baffle rises and the filter element enters normal working state. The operation and maintenance of the filter element of the filter are confirmed based on the actual production situation on site, and the routine replacement cycle of the filter element is 4-6 months. After production is completed, the recycling fan system will be delayed for 10 minutes to shut down, allowing compressed air to blow the powder off the surface of the filter cartridge, preventing the powder from sticking to the surface of the filter cartridge for a long time and causing clumping due to environmental humidity and other factors, which will affect the service life of the filter cartridge.
