本方案主要针对焊接车间的人工焊接等工位。经我司现场勘测并和甲方相关人员沟通得知，生产车间除尘方案主要为手工焊接区域，共有57个工位，具体布局如上图所示：

由于环保标准不断提高，为保证新增环保设备能满足以后的标准升级要求，烟尘 经过净化后，排放浓度低于《大气污染物综合排放标准》（GB16297-1996）中Ⅱ类地区大气污染物项目排放限值中颗粒物浓度 120mg/m?标准要求，颗粒物排放浓度应＜20mg/m?。

室内噪声卫生标准设备及室内系统噪音低于《工作场所有害因素职业接触限制_物理有害因素》 （GBZ2.2-2007）中规定噪音职业接触 85dB 的标准要求，在无其他外部噪音时应＜85dB。室内空气卫生标准经过治理后的车间粉尘浓度符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限制_化学有害 因素》（GBZ2.1-2019），车间电焊烟尘浓度＜4mg/m?。验收标准以当地环保部门认可的具有检测资质的第三方检测机构出具的验收报告为验收依据。

焊烟输送管道室内外收尘管道主管道采用镀锌钢板加工制成，所有风管均为圆形截面，确保最大工况时下不出现管道震动；管件间法兰连接，冷镀锌螺栓固定；支管汇入主管角度沿顺风方向角度不大于45°，两条主分管道不合流，各自独立进入除尘器和风机仪表等系统；接管处用法兰连接垫片用三元乙丙橡胶（含支架支点处，用橡胶垫）；室内支管厚度：采用镀锌风管,厚度不小于1-1.2mm（详见清单），直径400-1500mm，室内噪声小于50dB。

过滤单元发生自然异常状态时，温控感应器检测到温度异常时电控系统自动停止主引风机运行，温感干粉灭柜开启喷入灭火剂扑灭火源，如果温感灭火系统发生故障，过滤单元内部安装的2套自感型干粉灭火弹，在箱体内温度高于90度时会自行开启灭火。
