很多人以为防腐就是喷层漆，真到汽配、货架、机箱出场做盐雾测试才明白：平面好看没用，焊缝、内腔、螺栓孔先烂，才算彻底翻车。

Many people think that anti-corrosion is just spraying paint, but it is only after salt spray testing on auto parts, shelves, and chassis that they realize: a good-looking surface is useless, and the welds, inner cavities, and bolt holes will first rot before being considered completely overturned.

电泳的逻辑跟喷漆相反——不是“喷上去”，而是把工件泡进水性漆里，通上电，让漆粒自己“游”到金属每个角落。阴极电泳现在是主流，防腐致密，夹缝也能上膜。

The logic of electrophoresis is the opposite of spray painting - it's not about "spraying", but soaking the workpiece in water-based paint, applying electricity, and allowing the paint particles to "swim" to every corner of the metal on their own. Cathodic electrophoresis is now mainstream, with dense anti-corrosion properties and the ability to film even in crevices.

一条线拆开看就四段：

A single line can be divided into four sections:

前处理是地基：脱脂、除锈、磷化或硅烷，再多级水洗。最后一道纯水电导率得压住，杂质带进槽里，后面全白干。

The pre-treatment is the foundation: degreasing, rust removal, phosphating or silane, followed by multi-stage water washing. The conductivity of the last pure water has to be suppressed, impurities are carried into the tank, and the rest is completely dry.

电泳槽是心脏：固含18%–22%、pH 5.5–6.5、槽温20–25℃，电压按工件形状调。复杂件别死磕高电压，容易针孔、流挂。

The electrophoresis tank is for the heart: it contains 18% -22% solids pH 5.5–6.5、 The slot temperature is 20-25 ℃, and the voltage is adjusted according to the shape of the workpiece. Do not repeatedly tap high voltage on complex parts, as they are prone to pinholes and sagging.

超滤水洗是回收：把表面浮漆冲下来送回槽里，漆利用率能拉到95%，既省漆又少废水。

Ultrafiltration water washing is recycling: the surface paint is washed off and sent back to the tank, and the paint utilization rate can be increased to 95%, which saves paint and reduces wastewater.

固化是定型：别一进炉就猛烤。分段来——低温预干挥发水分，再160–180℃交联，升温太急，漆膜起泡、发黄全来了。

Solidification is shaping: don't bake vigorously as soon as you enter the oven. Segmented - Low temperature pre drying evaporates moisture, then crosslinks at 160-180 ℃. If the temperature rises too quickly, the paint film will bubble and turn yellow.

现场最容易踩的三个坑：

The three easiest pitfalls to step on site:

前处理没洗净，附着力直接垮；

The pre-treatment was not thoroughly cleaned, resulting in a direct loss of adhesion;

沥水不够，烘干后留水斑；

Insufficient drainage, leaving water spots after drying;

槽液不每天测参数，针孔颗粒反复出现还查不出原因。

The parameters of the tank solution are not measured every day, and the pinhole particles repeatedly appear without finding the cause.

冷知识：电泳膜厚不是越厚越好。一般15–25μm足够，太厚反而脆、边角易裂。

Cold knowledge: The thicker the electrophoretic film, the better. Generally, 15-25 μ m is sufficient, but if it is too thick, it may become brittle and the edges and corners are prone to cracking.

好底涂不抢眼，但车开十年不锈、货架放户外不脱皮，靠的都是这一层“看不见的膜”。

A good primer may not be eye-catching, but the car has not rusted for ten years and the shelves have not peeled off when placed outdoors, relying on this layer of "invisible film".
