金属件出厂前那层氧化皮、焊渣、浮锈，直接决定后面喷漆能撑几年。人工打磨靠体力，酸洗靠排污许可，自动式抛丸机走的是第三条路：用离心力把钢丸甩出去，60–80 m/s 砸到工件表面，锈和氧化皮被“打飞”，同时砸出压应力，工件抗疲劳性能反而更好。

　　The layer of oxide skin, welding slag, and floating rust on metal parts before leaving the factory directly determines how many years the painting can last. Manual polishing relies on physical strength, acid washing relies on pollutant discharge permits, and automatic shot blasting machines take the third path: using centrifugal force to throw the steel shot out, hitting the surface of the workpiece at 60-80 m/s, causing rust and oxide scale to be "blown away", while also exerting compressive stress, resulting in better fatigue resistance of the workpiece.

　　一、自动式≠“机器自己会思考”?

　　1、 Automatic ≠ "Machines can think on their own"

　　真正的自动式，是上料—抛丸—丸料回收—分选—除尘—出料闭环：钢丸打完后落到底部，螺旋+提升机送回分离器，好丸循环用，碎丸和粉尘进除尘仓。人工只管投料和巡检，不用拿喷枪追着工件跑。

　　The true automatic system is a closed-loop process that includes feeding, shot blasting, pellet recovery, sorting, dust removal, and discharge. After the steel pellets are finished, they fall to the bottom and are sent back to the separator by a screw and elevator. The fine pellets are recycled, and the crushed pellets and dust are sent to the dust removal bin. Manual operation only involves feeding and inspection, without the need to chase the workpiece with a spray gun.

　　二、机型按“工件长什么样”选，不按价格选?

　　2、 Select the model based on "what the workpiece looks like", not based on price

　　履带式：螺丝、小铸件、冲压件，翻滚清理，批量小件首选；

　　Crawler type: screws, small castings, stamped parts, rolling cleaning, preferred for batch small parts;

　　吊钩式：机床床身、阀门、异形焊接件，挂起来转着打，不磕碰；

　　Hook type: machine tool bed, valves, irregular welded parts, can be hung and rotated without collision;

　　辊道/通过式：钢板、H型钢、钢管、型材，一头进一头出，接喷漆线最顺；

　　Roller conveyor/through type: steel plate, H-beam, steel pipe, profile, one end in and one end out, the smoothest connection to the paint line;

　　转台式：法兰、齿轮、盘类，定位准、粗糙度稳。

　　Rotary table: flange, gear, disc type, accurate positioning, stable roughness.

　　三、采购时最容易被忽悠的三点?

　　3、 The three most easily fooled points when making purchases

　　只看“处理量多少吨”，不问钢丸损耗率和分离器效率——丸料成本后期吃掉利润；

　　Only looking at the "processing capacity of how many tons", without considering the steel shot loss rate and separator efficiency - the cost of shot materials will consume profits in the later stage;

　　除尘只写“配除尘器”，不写过滤方式和排放指标，环保查的就是这个；

　　Dust removal only states' equipped with dust collector ', without specifying the filtering method and emission standards. This is what environmental protection checks for;

　　抛丸器叶片、定向套、室体护板不算易损件预算，半年后停机换件比开机还勤。

　　Shot blasting machine blades, directional sleeves, and chamber protective plates are not included in the budget for vulnerable parts, and replacement after six months of shutdown is more frequent than starting up.

　　四、验收看两个硬指标?

　　4、 Check two hard indicators for acceptance

　　清理等级能不能稳定到 Sa2.5（重度锈蚀件冲 Sa3），表面粗糙度是不是落在涂装工艺要求区间（一般 20–100 μm）。达不到这两点，后面再贵的防腐漆也白刷。

　　Can the cleaning level be stabilized to Sa2.5 (severe rust parts are washed Sa3), and is the surface roughness within the required range of the coating process (generally 20-100 μ m). If we can't achieve these two points, even the most expensive anti-corrosion paint will be wasted.

　　自动式抛丸机不是“代替人工”的机器，而是把除锈这道工序变成可复现、可计量、可接产线的工艺节点。

　　The automatic shot blasting machine is not a machine that "replaces manual labor", but rather a process node that turns the rust removal process into a reproducible, measurable, and producible production line.
