In modern manufacturing, the reason why car bodies, home appliance casings, and various hardware accessories can withstand wind and sun for a long time without rusting is largely attributed to the core surface treatment technology of electrophoretic coating lines. Electrophoretic coating is a coating formation method based on electrochemical principles. It utilizes the action of an external direct current electric field to cause charged resin and pigment particles suspended in water-based coatings to migrate in a directional manner and deposit uniformly on the surface of conductive substrates, ultimately curing into a dense and highly adhesive protective coating.

一条现代化的标准电泳线是一个高度精密且自动化运转的系统工程，主要由四大核心模块协同工作。首先是前处理系统，这是整个工艺的“地基”，依次经过预清理、除油、除锈、磷化及多级水洗，彻底清除工件表面的杂质并形成转化膜，为后续涂层提供绝佳的附着基础。其次是核心的电泳槽系统，工件作为阳极或阴极浸入低浓度的水性涂料液中，通过精确控制电压（如分段式低压与高压供给）、温度（通常在28~34℃）及pH值，确保漆膜均匀沉积。

A modern standard electrophoresis line is a highly precise and automated system engineering, mainly composed of four core modules working together. Firstly, there is the pre-treatment system, which serves as the "foundation" of the entire process. Through pre cleaning, oil removal, rust removal, phosphating, and multi-stage water washing, impurities on the surface of the workpiece are thoroughly removed and a conversion film is formed, providing an excellent adhesion foundation for subsequent coatings. Next is the core electrophoresis tank system, where the workpiece is immersed as an anode or cathode in a low concentration aqueous coating solution. Through precise control of voltage (such as segmented low and high voltage supply), temperature (usually between 28-34 ℃), and pH value, the coating film is uniformly deposited.

为了保障电泳过程的稳定与环保，电泳线还配备了极其关键的辅助系统。超滤（UF）系统与循环过滤装置如同电泳线的“肾脏”，它们连续运行以分离出杂质离子和低分子物质，维持槽液的纯净度与电导率平衡；而制冷机组则负责精准控温，防止因电解反应放热导致槽液变质或漆膜粗糙。完成电泳后，工件需经过多次超滤液和去离子水清洗，洗去浮漆，最后送入烘干炉在170℃左右的高温下交联固化。

In order to ensure the stability and environmental protection of the electrophoresis process, the electrophoresis line is also equipped with extremely critical auxiliary systems. Ultrafiltration (UF) systems and circulating filtration devices are like the "kidneys" of electrophoresis lines, operating continuously to separate impurity ions and low molecular substances, maintaining the purity and conductivity balance of the tank solution; The refrigeration unit is responsible for precise temperature control to prevent the tank solution from deteriorating or the paint film from becoming rough due to the release of heat from electrolytic reactions. After electrophoresis, the workpiece needs to be washed multiple times with ultrafiltrate and deionized water to remove the floating paint, and finally sent to a drying oven for cross-linking and curing at a high temperature of around 170 ℃.
