自动化程度高的流水线,各设备间应实现无缝联动。工件进入后,传送带准确输送,喷涂设备自动作业,完成后顺利进入烘干区域,无需人工干预。若设备间常出现等待、错位或碰撞,联动性就差。而且,设备联动的同步精度也很重要,传送带速度与喷涂节奏要高度匹配,否则会影响产品质量。
