The precautions to be taken in this process include: for sprayed workpieces, if they are produced in small batches, before entering the curing furnace, attention should be paid to preventing the powder from falling off. If there is any powder wiping phenomenon, the powder should be sprayed in a timely manner. Strictly control the process and temperature time during baking, and pay attention to preventing insufficient curing caused by excessive color difference or short baking time.
For large batches of automatically transported workpieces, it is also necessary to carefully check whether there is any missed spraying or local powder wiping phenomenon before entering the drying channel. If unqualified parts are found, they should be properly closed to prevent them from entering the drying channel, and it is best to remove and re spray them as much as possible. If individual workpieces are not qualified due to thin spraying, they can be re sprayed and cured after curing out of the drying channel or directly used with paint remover.
