抛丸清理机布袋除尘设备维护保养与维护时要关闭电源、气动阀门从而使储气筒处在常压下开展。开展除尘设备内维护保养、维修中，应清洗干净里边的烟尘，并静放后多次清除，保证里边产尘，照明灯具设置时不得使用用火。现场要配备干粉灭火器，避免发生粉尘爆炸事故。

④定期维护除尘布袋，损坏时要及时更换，对预留滤袋的储放一定要注意干躁、自然通风防污，并要定期检查。

⑤及时清源处理器水中杂质和存水。

⑥定期给传动系统给油，加满后一定要注意防尘，关掉检修孔时一定要装好密封垫片。

⑦维持除尘脉冲控制仪和电磁阀整洁，无灰尘油渍，定期维护继电器里的操纵电磁线圈。

⑧设备、通风风管表层的烟尘层应及时清洁。
