The suspension stacking and conveying coating system of the automotive transmission coating line is an automated integrated solution for surface protection and performance improvement of transmission components in the automotive manufacturing field. It integrates suspension stacking and conveying technology with modern coating processes to provide efficient and stable surface treatment for core components such as gears, transmission shafts, differential housings, and gearbox housings. This system not only meets the performance requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and impact resistance for transmission components, but also achieves dual improvement in production efficiency and quality through automation collaboration. It is one of the key links in the manufacturing of automotive transmission systems.

该系统由四大模块构成,各模块协同运作形成完整的涂装流程:

The system consists of four major modules, which work together to form a complete painting process:

1. 悬挂积放输送单元:作为核心载体,包含积放式悬挂链、专用吊具、驱动装置、张紧机构及转向装置。积放链采用闭环设计,可实现工件的连续输送与临时积存;吊具针对传动部件的异形结构优化,采用快速装卸结构并具备耐温、耐化学腐蚀特性。

1. Hanging and stacking conveyor unit: As the core carrier, it includes stacking suspension chains, specialized lifting equipment, driving devices, tensioning mechanisms, and steering devices. The stacking chain adopts a closed-loop design, which can achieve continuous conveying and temporary storage of workpieces; The lifting device is optimized for the irregular structure of transmission components, adopting a fast loading and unloading structure and possessing temperature and chemical corrosion resistance characteristics.

2. 涂装工艺单元:涵盖前处理(脱脂、磷化、多道水洗)、电泳涂装、中涂/面漆喷涂、烘干固化四大环节。前处理去除部件表面油污与锈迹,电泳形成均匀底漆层,喷涂环节通常采用机器人自动作业,烘干室通过精准控温实现涂层固化。

2. Coating process unit: covering four major processes: pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating, multiple water washes), electrophoretic coating, intermediate coating/topcoat spraying, and drying and curing. Pre treatment removes oil and rust from the surface of the components, electrophoresis forms a uniform primer layer, and the spraying process is usually carried out automatically by robots. The drying chamber achieves coating curing through precise temperature control.

3. 控制系统:以PLC或DCS为核心,集成传感器(编码器、接近开关、温度传感器)与执行器,实现输送速度、工艺参数(温度、涂料流量、烘干时间)的实时调控,确保各环节协同一致。

Control system: With PLC or DCS as the core, it integrates sensors (encoders, proximity switches, temperature sensors) and actuators to achieve real-time control of conveying speed and process parameters (temperature, coating flow rate, drying time), ensuring that all links are coordinated and consistent.

4. 辅助支持单元:包括废气处理(活性炭吸附、RTO焚烧)、废水循环(电泳废液回收、水洗水净化)、供漆系统(涂料恒温存储、精准输送)及安全防护装置(防火、防爆、应急停车)。

4. Auxiliary support units: including waste gas treatment (activated carbon adsorption, RTO incineration), wastewater circulation (electrophoresis waste liquid recovery, water washing purification), paint supply system (paint constant temperature storage, precise transportation), and safety protection devices (fire prevention, explosion prevention, emergency parking).
