整体移动喷漆房温湿度控制介绍
(1)湿度控制的原理是在集中烘房。如果没有冷空气，只有加热室和烟室的热空气在里面循环。如果有冷空气进入，在除湿门灵活控制的情况下，只要控制冷空气进入门的大小，除湿门必然会自行打开，房间内的潮湿空气就会被排出。此时通过除湿门排出。

移动门架立柱和横梁骨架采用40601.5镀锌方管焊接立柱门架结构。龙门立柱横梁采用1.5mm厚镀锌板喷涂。移动龙门架底部两侧安装1.5KW驱动电机、减速机和配电轴。动力分配两端安装主动链轮，动力通过链条传递到门架底部的主动移动轮上。左右各有1组驱动轮，每组有2个驱动轮。活动房伸缩支架由活动立式支架、横梁和活动滑轮组成。竖向支撑采用60401.5矩形管焊接成矩形框架结构，尺寸为L3500W350，横撑每隔750mm抽出。横梁做成L12700W350的矩形框架结构，每750mm拉一次横撑，横撑之间用40201.5的矩形管做斜撑，12组垂直支撑和梁结构。尾部一套为固定支架，一套为移动支架。立式支架与横梁内壁贴PVC布，镀锌压条做压板，支架内肋与横梁内肋用斜撑连接消除移动框架的横向挠度变形。本设备主要为喷漆作业提供专用环境，满足喷漆作业对温度、湿度、光照、空气洁净度等方面的要求。移动式喷漆房是一种环保型涂装设备。
