1、吸气臂捕捉方式
1. Aspiration arm capture method
吸气臂的骨架类似于人的手臂,通过阻尼杆和摩擦片的作用,吸气手臂能够在吸气臂长度范围内的空间内悬停。在吸气罩的位置上设计了独特的旋转机构,保证了吸气罩能够通过任意方位对准焊接位置。吸气罩通过流体设计和气流模拟,使吸气臂能够最大量和最大范围的捕捉焊接过程中产生的烟尘。

A unique rotating mechanism has been designed in the position of the suction hood, ensuring that the suction hood can be aligned with the welding position in any direction. The suction hood utilizes fluid design and airflow simulation to enable the suction arm to capture the maximum amount and range of smoke and dust generated during the welding process.
吸气臂的外层为耐高温的软管,直径为φ140-160,内衬钢丝。一方面能够防止火花飞溅烫伤软管,同时软管结构又保证了吸气臂的移动灵活,不被负压吸扁。每根吸气臂的设计流量通常为1,200m3/h,吸气罩位于焊接位置上方的250-300mm高。

吸气臂的安装,必须安装在墙壁上或者是在地面上安装立柱的形式。

吸气臂的吸风罩尺寸为φ150-170,适合处理焊缝长度不超过100mm的焊接,工人焊接位置固定的情况。焊接方法适合手工电弧焊、CO2气体保护焊、MAG焊、MIG焊。

2、顶吸罩

顶吸罩为了能够完全捕捉在一个工位上产生的任意粉尘,其尺寸为设计成覆盖工件所有的焊接位置,顶吸罩的外形为四凌台形,每一面与地面的夹角不小于45°,为了避免横向气流的干扰,通常会在吸气罩的侧边挂挡弧帘。

顶吸罩适用于焊接位置固定,焊接位置较多的情况,工人可以在吸气罩覆盖的范围内自由的焊接,产生的焊接烟尘都能够顺利的捕捉,达到很高的捕捉效率。
The top suction hood is suitable for situations where the welding position is fixed and there are many welding positions. Workers can freely weld within the range covered by the suction hood, and the generated welding smoke and dust can be captured smoothly, achieving high capture efficiency.
3、顶吸板
3. Top suction plate
顶吸板的捕捉原理类似于顶吸罩,两者的区别在于,顶吸板为单层结构,采用了气流模拟软件详细的模拟了其气流组织过程,采用圆形吸口的结构,改顶吸罩的双层结构为单层结构,有效的减少了顶吸罩的重量,减低了顶吸罩的压力损失,同时顶吸板的外形也远超顶吸罩。

The difference between the two is that the top suction plate is a single-layer structure, and the airflow simulation software is used to simulate its airflow organization process in detail. The circular suction port structure is adopted, and the double-layer structure of the top suction cover is changed to a single-layer structure, effectively reducing the weight of the top suction cover and reducing the pressure loss of the top suction cover. At the same time, the shape of the top suction plate is also far superior to the top suction cover.
根据现场工位多少及布置情况可选用移动单机净化和多工位集中净化系统。多工位集中净化:每个工焊烟通过焊烟捕捉装置(吸气臂、顶吸罩、顶吸板等)捕捉后,经过通风管道送入净化主机,烟气经净化后排入大气。

焊接净化中心一般均采取集中净化系统,其工位布置比规范整齐,每个工位之间采用隔断隔开,工位焊烟通过一定长度的吸气臂,采取负压吸收方式,焊接烟尘通过吸气臂、管路变径等,最后经过滤筒净化器净化后高空排放。这种方式从源头上直接吸走有害焊接烟雾,从而达到保护操作人员的目的。
