喷涂涂装流水线的喷漆方式有哪些?

喷漆流水线湿式涂装雾解决用水量大,重型涂装流水线喷涂设备耗能高,涂装颗粒消耗量降到3mg/m,涂装生产车间有机废气一般不回收利用,废料不能利用,必须在水中添加混凝剂。夏季,冷却循环水非常容易滋长细菌和霉菌,危害空气环境。
The wet coating mist solution in the spray painting assembly line requires a large amount of water, while the heavy coating equipment in the assembly line consumes high energy. The consumption of coating particles is reduced to 3mg/m. Organic waste gas in the coating production workshop is generally not recycled, and waste materials cannot be utilized. Coagulants must be added to the water. In summer, cooling circulating water is very prone to the growth of bacteria and mold, posing a threat to the air environment.

The environmental protection effect of powder is manifested in the absence of sewage, waste, and the absorption of limestone powder with paint residue, which can be used as a raw material for the cement industry. Because the exhaust system can be recycled, the air supply system can be miniaturized.
涂装流水线方案中静电吸附漆雾解决,通常是利用静电感应分离剂溶液,需水量仅有湿试漆雾处理10%,能耗等同于湿试的20%,降低细颗粒物排出≥3mg/m3。因为需水量少,水循环系统,包含水泵,管道,水糟都能够微型化。排风系统也可以重复利用,仅需填补10%左右清新空气就可以。

The exhaust system can also be reused, with only about 10% fresh air filling required.
现阶段,在喷漆流水线大量工业生产涂装领域里,十湿涂装室普遍使用,其优势显著(漆雾搜集率达99%),缺陷非常明显,如用水量大、用电量大、环保处理花费高,这些都不合乎现阶段环境保护、节能降耗、可持续发展的低碳时代的需求。
