焊接车间除尘器设备,也叫集中式焊接烟尘净化器。在车间内铺设管道,每个焊接源都设有吸气臂或集气罩,方便进行源头吸尘。

适用范围:

吸气臂的吸风罩尺寸为φ150-170,适合处理焊缝长度不超过100mm的焊接,工人焊接位置固定的情况。焊接方法适合手工电弧焊CO2气体保护焊MAG焊MIG焊。

顶吸罩为了能够捕捉在一个工位上产生的任意粉尘,其尺寸为设计成覆盖工件所有的焊接位置,顶吸罩的外形为四凌台形,每一面与地面的夹角不小于45°,为了避免横向气流的干扰,通常会在吸气罩的侧边挂挡弧帘。

In order to capture any dust generated at a workstation, the size of the top suction hood is designed to cover all welding positions of the workpiece. The shape of the top suction hood is a four sided platform shape, with each side at an angle of no less than 45 ° to the ground. To avoid interference from lateral airflow, a blocking arc curtain is usually hung on the side of the suction hood.

顶吸气罩适用于焊接位置固定,焊接位置较多的情况,工人可以在吸气罩覆盖的范围内自由的焊接,产生的焊接烟尘都能够顺利的捕捉,达到很高的捕捉效率。

顶吸板的捕捉原理类似于顶吸罩,两者的区别在于,顶吸板为单层结构,采用了气流模拟软件详细的模拟了其气流组织过程,采用圆形吸口的结构,改顶吸罩的双层结构为单层结构,有效的减少了顶吸罩的重量,减低了顶吸罩的压力损失,同时顶吸板的外形也远超顶吸罩。

焊接车间除尘器的净化作用主要是依靠电晕极和沉淀极两个系统来完成。当含尘气体进入进气喇叭口时,含尘气体受到气流分布板以及导流板的调整后,使气流能较均匀地进入电场。在横断面不断扩大的作用下,气流速度迅速降低,其中一些较重的粗颗粒粉尘便失去速度而沉降下来。进入电场的含尘气流由于电晕极通入高压直流电,在阴极和阳极间形成一个相对稳定的高压电场,并在电晕极(本设备是阴极)附近产生电晕现象(放电),使进入电场的含尘气体被电离。电离后的气体中存在大量的电子和正负离子,这些电子和离子与进入电场的尘粒相结合,使尘粒带电。带电尘粒在电场力的作用下趋向本设备阳极(正极板)和阴极(负极),附着在阳极上的尘粒释放出电子或负电荷,附着在阴极上的尘粒释放出正电荷后,分别沉积在正负电极上。当粉尘沉淀到一定厚度,通过阴阳极振打系统的振打,将沉积的粉尘振落,进入集灰斗,通过排灰装置放出,回收有用物料,被净化的气体排入大气。

The purification function of the welding workshop dust collector mainly relies on two systems: corona electrode and precipitation electrode. When dusty gas enters the intake horn, it is adjusted by the airflow distribution plate and guide plate to allow the airflow to enter the electric field more evenly. Under the continuous expansion of the cross-section, the airflow velocity rapidly decreases, and some heavier coarse dust particles lose their velocity and settle down. The dusty airflow entering the electric field forms a relatively stable high-voltage electric field between the cathode and anode due to the high-voltage direct current passing through the corona electrode, and generates corona phenomenon (discharge) near the corona electrode (this equipment is the cathode), causing the dusty gas entering the electric field to be ionized. There are a large number of electrons and positive and negative ions in the ionized gas, which combine with the dust particles entering the electric field, making the dust particles charged. Under the action of electric field force, charged dust particles tend towards the anode (positive electrode plate) and cathode (negative electrode) of this equipment. Dust particles attached to the anode release electrons or negative charges, while dust particles attached to the cathode release positive charges and deposit on the positive and negative electrodes respectively. When the dust settles to a certain thickness, it is vibrated by the anode and cathode vibration system to settle the dust and enter the ash collection hopper. It is discharged through the ash discharge device to recover useful materials, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
