活性炭吸附设备效果下降的原因有哪些?

性炭吸附作为企业废气治理运用最普遍,处理大风量、低浓度VOCs最常见的方法,在VOCs治理减排中有着十分重要的地位。但在日常检查中发现,企业普遍存在活性炭长期未更换或设施未正常开启、活性炭受潮或破损严重、使用劣质炭、活性炭箱体漏风等问题,导致吸附装置无法有效发挥作用。

三、如何判断活性炭是否失灵

观察活性炭表面状态,查看孔隙是否堵塞、活性炭表面是否发白发霉、吸水吸油、破碎解体等“非正常状态”,出现以上现象,活性炭均属于失活。
